Saturday delivery and Northern Ireland deliveries are covered at extra cost. Please reply to your order confirmation email if you would like to be upgraded to either of these services.
Courier Service - Worldwide
We can offer courier service to most countries. It is a 48 hour insured air freight serivice. Please reply to your order confirmation email if you would like to upgrade to this service.
Non Delivery Compensation
We offer full insurance on all orders of £500 or less to destinations in UK and Europe. Separate insurance cover is available for many destinations outside Europe. Compensation is only available on orders to Middle Eastern Countries when using a courier service. In this case the terms and conditions of the particular service will apply.
If an item is lost or damaged we will replace or refund up to the value of £500. Where an item is lost we can despatch the replacement to the same address or to an alternative address at your discretion. There can be no more than one replacement or refund per order. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing full and accurate address details and we will not accept liability for items which are improperly addressed.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment 2008 makes retailers responsible for the safe disposal of electronic waste. As part of our compliance with this directive we will accept waste electronic equipment from our customers. You may dispose of one item for each item purchased on a like for like basis. So for example if you buy a calculator just send us your old one and we will dispose of it safely.
What happens to your returned electrical waste?
Wherever possible items will be repaired and refurbished and offered for sale. Where this is not possible they will be sent to a WEEE compliant waste disposal centre.
To make use of this service just return your WEEE together with your order reference number to the address on the receipt (Techsoft Ltd). It may be possible to do this free of postal charges. For more details please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each yar, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks asociated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
